Compensation and Benefits:

CityTwist offers competitive base salaries for all employees, and an aggressive and lucrative commission structure for Account Executives.

In addition, we offer a strong health benefits package with no out-of-pocket cost to the employee after 90 days, Paid Time Off (PTO = Vacation and Sick) along with seven paid holidays.

Location and Office Hours:

Our offices are located in East Boca Raton, east of Federal Highway and just south of Palmetto Park Road. Standard office hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday - Friday.

Account Executive

Position Summary: Account Executive / Inside Business Development / Sales

  • Will conduct cold calls to new leads to generate interest in current and new product offerings.
  • Objective is to direct prospects and schedule an telephone conferance with the Director of Append Services
  • Will build strong client relations with new prospects.
  • Develop relationships with outside referrals and/or partners to maximize sales goals.
  • Responsible for building prospect pipeline and meeting minimum monthly sales goals.
  • Will provide accurate sales forecasts to management.

Position Requirements:

  • University or charitable organization fundraising experience required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relative work experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Internet Marketing industry preferred not required.
  • Must have strong skills working on the phone.
  • Superior cold calling and closing skills.
  • Computer and Internet literate; Internet Explorer, Google/Search Engine, MS Outlook, ability to attach documents to email, light typing.
  • Ability to be a creative thinker, outside the box and grow existing client base by offering new solutions.
  • Motivated self-starter who is focused and determined to build and develop a new customer base.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be team oriented.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to work with executive level prospects and customers.
  • Previous experience with solution selling or consultative selling preferred.
